Mr. Yoichi is a company started in 2009 by Boy Callaars. As a software developer since 2000 he had a long time dream of having his own company. As from March 2009 Mr. Yoichi is alive, and is a company with the sole purpose to deliver high quality software and software development on demand.

Mr. Yoichi thinks of himself as a company which tries to eliminate any unnecessary bureaucracy, and be as transparent as possible for everyone (in- or outside Mr. Yoichi‘s company). He tries to achieve Kaizen in it’s company and is always renewing itself. Doing work that can be easier, simpler and more effective isn’t what he likes either; that is why he designs software which avoids any ‘muri‘ (overburden/unreasonableness) for anyone who works with it.
